Bartholomew's Story

*This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**<br/>Breed: Holland lop<br/>Size: about 4 lbs<br/>DOB: I am guessing at least three but its hard to tell. Some days I think hes an old man and other days he acts like a teenager lol. <br/> Reason in rescue: Bartholomew came here from another shelter with a group of other buns that needed a safe place to land! We got him neutered and vaccinated and now hes ready to find a home!<br/>Personality: Bartholomew came in a bit of a hot mess lol. He was uneutered, hormonal, and just didnt care about staying clean or not making a mess everywhere lol. Now that hes neutered hes starting to figure all that out but is still a work in progress! He likes to slop around in his water bowl and then eat his pellets. Including that, he is an absolute joyous boy who revels in everything he comes across. Hes friendly, happy, loves to binky, loves attention and petting and doesnt mind being picked up. As his hormones fully settle, we expect him to be a very good boy! Hes a typical brachy rabbit breed who snores when he sleeps but his teeth and ears are great and give him no problems! Hed be great for a family when he settles down all the way. <br/>Friends: He is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female (giving him a month after his neuter for his hormones to dissipate). <br/>Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 which includes his neuter, vaccine, and microchip.

Judge's Park's Adoption Policy
**Please scroll down on any animal you are interested in and read their profile thoroughly. It tells all relevant information on the animal and also how you can begin the adoption process!** If interested in adopting an animal from Judge's Park, you must first fill out our adoption application at https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Once we get that completed and sent to us we can set up a visit to see the animal you are interested in. We cannot set up visits before we receive the application. Judge's Park does not have open hours and animals are visited by appointment only. No exceptions! Rabbits and cats require a home visit prior to adoption. We may or may not ask you of a picture of your cage and set up if adopting another type of animal. We have the right to refuse adoption to ANYONE. Adoption appointments, surrenders, or other visits are at the time scheduled. Not before and not after. If you arrive early, we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time. If you will be over 30 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule for another day. We cannot schedule appointments after 6:30 in the evening. No calls no shows will NOT be rescheduled. Please be respectful of the people who take their time to run this rescue and their personal time that could be spent with their families. We strive to adopt animals to the best home that we can find for them. Many of them have been neglected, abandoned, and abused, and we will not allow them to be returned to such an environment. If we do not think a home is suitable, we will not place an animal in that home. All of our animals are adopted out as indoors only! If we are able, the animal will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption (all cats and rabbits). No animal will ever be adopted out for breeding. If you do not live close to us and are interested in an animal, we do work with transports. Pictures and/or video in lieu of a home visit may be required. All questions can be directed to judges.park@yahoo.com
