Bailey's Story
Hi, my name is Bailey! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:
-Personality: Curious, Active, Gentle
-Can Live With Kids: Yes, supervised, bunny-savvy & respectful children of any age.
-Experienced Rabbit Home: Not required if you have researched rabbit care and are prepared.
-Energy Level: High
-Can Live With Other Rabbits: Yes, with a slow & supervised introduction & interactions.
-Litter Box Trained: Working on it.
-Bite History: Nope.
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes, a spay and microchip will be scheduled at WHS when adoption is finalized
-Additional information:
Bailey came to the shelter as a stray and had a stressful start, but she's blossomed into a sweet, curious, and active bunny. Now that she's feeling more comfortable, her playful personality is shining through! Bailey is ready to find a loving forever home where she can continue to thrive, explore, and enjoy all the love she deserves. She needs a nice roomy cage with daily exercise. Her diet should consist of unlimited grass hay, high quality rabbit pellets, and fresh greens daily.

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website (www.whatcomhumane.org/adopt) or in person at our facility. We recommend calling into the shelter after your application has been submitted so our front desk can give you next steps on our adoption process.
