Our Mission
The Colony is a volunteer-led advocacy group dedicated to humanely managing community cat populations in Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo, and Oconto. Through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), fostering, and community education, we strive to improve the lives of cats and create a harmonious environment for the people who live alongside them.
Adoption Policy
Our goal is not just to find a house for a cat, but to find a home for a life. Through a rigorous screening process involving applications, interviews, and meet-and-greets, we ensure that the transition from foster care to a forever family is a permanent success.
