Hello and thanks for visiting. NorthStar WI is a small non-profit rescue group based in Madison, Wisconsin. We are currently not fostering dogs. We are helping families in the community with rehoming and medical expenses.
NorthStar WI is a 501c(3) non-profit charity and follows the guidelines of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture’s Companion Animals division.
