Our Mission
A Cat's Friend Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all volunteer organization whose mission is to provide the best possible care for feral and abandoned cats living outdoors. We feed and care feed more than 350 feral and abandoned cats living outdoors, in 52 different locations throughout Prince William County, Virginia, as well as 100+ rescued cats living in foster care.
Adoption Policy
By adopting from A Cat and Dog’s Friend Rescue (ACADF), you will not only provide a cat a loving home, but will open up a space so we can bring in another cat off our waiting list.
All adoptions require the completion of an an approved application and adoption fee and you will need to apply on our website, www.catdogfriendrescue.com. The adoption fee covers expenses incurred by ACADF rescue to care for these cats, as well as the cost for various medical such as FeLV/FIV tests, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, de-worming, and flea & tick treatment. Our adoption fee is $200 per cat.
