Our Mission

The mission of Secondhand Pups is to provide a clear opportunity for an excellent life for each dog that is impounded at the Livingston, TX, municipal pound through outreach, collaboration, and commitment.
Our goal is to teach each dog that humans are to be loved and trusted, while providing each dog with all needed vetting, socialization, and training for successful placement in loving homes.
