If local: Once an animal is chosen, the animal and its new owner are escorted to our local vet in order to receive their required vaccinations, as well as set up and pay for the mandatory spay/neuter appointment. If living out of town, adopter can have the animal fixed at their vet of choice, however vaccinations must be done locally.
If non-local: Animals can be tagged through an approved 501(c)3 rescue. It is the responsibility of the adopter to arrange for pickup and transport of their new pet.
Rescues can tag animals with an approved application and verification of non-profit status. We ask that transportation is scheduled within 24 hours of tagging the animal(s).
