Our Mission
The Mission and Purpose of TIER 1 ANIMAL SERVICES, Founded 2021, Incorporated, is to prevent cruelty to animals and advance animal welfare by aiding and providing animal shelters, local governments, and other agencies with animal care and control, animal sheltering, and other related services, and to operate exclusively for a charitable purpose within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Adoption Policy
We have an open adoption policy, which inludes a conversation with potential adopters about choosing the right animal for their home and lifestyle.
