Our Mission
The Henderson City Animal Control is a small county shelter with only 5 runs. It is critical to find these dogs great homes as quickly as possible, as we are a high kill shelter with little space. Our animals are available for adoption and to approved rescues.
Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adopting one of the wonderful dogs you see on our page, please visit the shelter between 1pm and 4pm, or email us for more information. Adoptions are $75. Please NO PHONE CALLS AFTER 4pm! If you do not see someone you are interested in on our page, check back often. We are constantly taking in new dogs.
We are open from 1pm - 4pm Monday through Friday for adoptions. Come meet your new best friend at 760 Hwy 45 North in Henderson, Tennessee.
