The Pet Compassion Centers is a tax exempt, charitable 501C3 organization approved by the IRS and dedicated to prevent animals going to kill shelters. While the name implies cats only, we provide assistance and partner with number cat AND DOG rescue groups in the Memphis area. Our board and officers have extensive non profit and animal rescue experience. We are the only animal rescue group in the Alliance of Non Profit Excellence.
