Our Mission
Joyce’s Voice For Cats is an all volunteer, non-profit 501c3. Our mission is to raise funds to help pay for spay/neuter, provide vaccines, and necessary vetting in order to adopt out social felines into forever homes. Funds are also raised to pay for Trap-Neuter-Return of non-social cats. JVC’s mission is to help control the feline population in a humane manner in order to stop the euthanasia at shelters.
Adoption Policy
JVC applications are reviewed. Two personal references are called and asked questions about the potential pet parent. Vet reference is called and questions are asked regarding the medical care of your past and present pets. Many other questions may be asked as needed to assess the match for your new pet. Adoption of a kitten is an 18 year commitment from our stand point.
