Our Mission
At the Humane Society of Greene County, we’re all about giving animals the love, care, and second chances they deserve. Our goal is to end the cycle of abuse and neglect by helping pets and the people who love them. Whether it’s finding forever homes, supporting families in need, or raising awareness, we’re here to make life better—for animals and our community.
Adoption Policy
To get started, just submit an adoption application through our website. Once it’s approved, we’ll reach out to schedule a visit so you can meet our adorable adoptables in person!
Please be patient as we review your application—we take the time to make sure every match is the right fit for both the animal and their future family.
