Our Mission

All adoption fees are waived for August 2024! Project MEOW is a non-profit, strictly volunteer, no-kill, animal welfare organization that helps West Philadelphia residents to sterilize stray and feral (wild) cats through a process called Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR), which includes the rescue and adoption of abandoned stray cats from trapping locations.
