CPAA - Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance

The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that works to save dogs through rescue partners, foster homes, training and rehabilitation, outreach and education programs, and through HOPE, the Hounds of Prison Education, at the State Correctional Institute of Camp Hill. CPAA was created in 2003, with the endeavor of helping shelters place adoptable dogs in foster homes and/or with our rescue partners. The dogs listed on this petfinder page are CPAA dogs, located in foster homes throughout Central PA.
