It is the mission and purpose of Harley’s Angels Cat Rescue Inc. To reduce the homeless cat population in Beaver County Pennsylvania. To accomplish this mission, we will work to educate the residents, t-n-v-r, and help provide food, shelter, and medical care to the homeless cats. We also will work to help the abandoned cats that have become part of the homeless population through veterinary care and monitored adoptions. It is our intent to be available whenever possible to help individuals or businesses help and manage feral cats on their property or under their care. Although feral cats are not typically socialized to people, we aim to prove they matter. Their lives and basic needs matter. As part of our education platform we will provide the community information on importance of nutritious food, clean water, and how to provide low-cost shelters for feral cats. We also educate the public on the importance of TNVR (trap-neuter-vaccinate-release).We also provide information on sterilizing and vaccinating of companion cats — two keys to controlling the feral cat population. We will accomplish through our website, social media, sponsoring free or low cost spay/neuter clinics, and participating in community events.
We have an application process that includes verifying home address and landlord pet policy, vet refrence, and home visit that can be done in person or virtually. Our application can be completed on paper in person, or through email.
