Our Mission
Our mission is to combat the overpopulation of cats in Wayne County, Ohio, by providing educational services and financial assistance for spaying and
neutering (TNR) of stray, feral, and abandoned cats. We will raise awareness in the communities and collaborate with city officials to create and implement a sustainable solution to reduce the overpopulation of community cats.
