Our Mission
At The Rescue Haven, Inc., our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and advocate for animals in need while providing them with safe, loving foster homes until they find their forever families. We are committed to giving every animal a second chance through compassionate care, proper medical treatment, training, and community education. Through rescue, outreach, and support, we strive to create a world where every animal is valued, protected, and given the opportunity to thrive.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption policies are designed to help create successful, lasting matches between our animals and their forever families. We review each application with the individual animal’s needs in mind, including their personality, medical history, behavior, energy level, and any specific home requirements.
Because every animal is different, our process is not always “first come, first served.” Instead, we focus on finding the home that is the safest and most appropriate fit. This may include checking vet history, landlord approval when applicable, and making sure current pets in the home are up to date on care.
