Our Mission
Brooklyn Animal Action is a group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress. Working with our communities, we facilitate Trap-Neuter-Return programs, find homes for adoptable animals, perform community outreach and education, and engage in advocacy.
Adoption Policy
Interested adopters should first fill out an adoption application on our website, after which they can visit our adoptable animals in their foster homes. We also hold weekly adoption events and have animals at pet stores in Brooklyn. If the application is approved, the adopter will be asked to sign an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.
