Our Mission
At Ruff Rehab Inc, we rescue dogs and cats from high kill shelters and abusive situations. Our goal at Ruff Rehab Inc, is to reduce the plight of abandoned, sick, injured or neglected animals in New Jersey and other states as needed. We offer refuge whenever possible. We promote and require spay and neutering as a means of controlling the overwhelming overpopulation pet epidemic. We strive to increase education regarding spay and neutering of animals in order to eliminate kill shelters across America.
