Bluey’s Hope 4 Horses & Heelers is dedicated to saving horses and heelers from neglect, abandonment, and euthanasia through rescue, rehabilitation, and responsible placement. Our mission is to provide medical care, behavioral support, and safe transitions into loving homes or permanent sanctuary while promoting humane treatment and education.

Adoption Policies – Bluey’s Hope 4 Horses & Heelers At Bluey’s Hope 4 Horses & Heelers, our top priority is placing each animal in a safe, stable, and loving home. We carefully screen potential adopters to ensure the best long-term match for both the animal and the family. Our adoption process includes an application review, verification of veterinary references, and evaluation of the home environment to ensure it is safe and appropriate for the animal being considered. We work closely with each potential adopter to match lifestyles, expectations, and experience levels with the specific needs of the animal. All animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption (or scheduled when age-appropriate), vaccinated, and receive necessary medical care before placement. We provide full disclosure of known medical or behavioral concerns and are transparent throughout the adoption process. Every adoption includes a signed contract that prohibits breeding, sale, or transfer of the animal.
