Our Mission
Ruby and Laurel Animal Rescue Inc. is a 501(C)3 certified small animal rescue. We are here to help the homeless, hurt, and neglected domestic animals of Sampson County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Our organization is completely volunteer and donation based. We have administrator's throughout the state that are main fosters for us, hence you may see a location differ from where we are based out of.

First, we ask that you fill out our adoption application. Once approved, we move forward with the adoption or meet and greet.
