Founded in June 2012.  Friends of Stanly County Animals(FSCA) is run by volunteers that are dedicated to save many dogs that would otherwise be killed at a heart stick shelter located in Albemarle, NC.  FSCA provides foster homes, vet care, rehabilitation, transport and quality forever homes for dogs in need.
