Lilac & Hearth LLC

Our mission is to provide quality care for unwanted, stray and abandoned animals, while educating the public about the importance of spaying and neutering their pets to avoid over population issues. We at HHAR also strive to bring animal welfare awareness to our communities, in hopes to stop or prevent animal neglect and abuse!
