We are a foster-based 501(c)3 supporting our community and their pets through empathy, outreach, and placement.
Adoption Policy
Interested adopters should contact Rosie's either through email, phone, or on Facebook messenger. A Rosie's representative will then set up a time to have the interested adopter meet with the cat. If they choose to adopt, all necessary information will be gone over and adoption contracts will be signed. The adopter will pay the adoption fee and will either take the animal at that time or set up a time to come and pick up the animal.
