A Home of Their Own Animal Rescue
Silver Spring, MD, 20906
Our Mission
To improve the lives of homeless animals by placing them in loving homes and providing education, community, and support to forever families and their adopted pets.
Adoption Policy
At A Home of Their Own Animal Rescue, we work with potential pet parents to find the right cat or dog for them. Our goals are to make sure AHOTO animals are placed in homes that are best suited for them and to make it easier for people to adopt their new furry family member. Here is an outline of our adoption process: Submit application; Application review; Meet the animal; Sign the contract; Take your new furry family member home! Please note that the process is not always in this particular order.
