Our Mission
The Garrett County Animal Shelter is a division of the Garrett County Sheriff's Office dedicated to promoting the humane treatment of animals, providing adoption and spay/neuter services, and educating the public on animal issues within our community. At the Garrett County Animal Shelter we believe that all animals deserve to be treated with dignity, care, compassion, as well as to be deserving of a forever home.
