The Kat Vet Spay Neuter & Rescue's mission is to promote and provide affordable veterinary resources to enhance the lives of Tangipahoa Parish residents and beyond; while, enriching the human-animal bond through rescue, fostering, and adoption of pets.

Adoption Policy

We do not have a shelter, and are a foster-home based organization. Other than meeting our pets at events, we do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. Unless otherwise noted, potential adopters will be able to bring their new pet home with them the same day as the meet and greet.
