Our Mission
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect animals in crisis—particularly those pulled from high-kill shelters, euthanasia lists, the streets, and unsafe or neglectful environments.
Founded and operated hands-on by Virginia Garrett, Tails of Hope Animal Rescue & Adoption Center INC is built on unwavering commitment and daily, personal care. We are proudly a no-kill rescue and sanctuary, welcoming the “misfits,” the forgotten, and the animals others turn away.
Through medical care, rehabilitation, stability, and unconditional love, we give each animal not just a second chance—but the time and respect they deserve while awaiting a forever home.
This mission is only possible through the support of a compassionate community. Together, we are not only saving lives—we are restoring hope.
