Our Mission
The Paw Partnership's rescue goal is community outreach & support, education, and to provide needed care for animals in our community. We find permanent, loving homes where each animal can live out their life happily, while sharing a special bond with their human family.
Adoption Policy
Adopters contact our organization or see animals at an event. They are interviewed for fitness of ability to preform typical animal care, adoption/ownership history, ability to commit to long-term care, and other important general information. They then fill out an adoption application which is reviewed by at least 2 board members. Once approved, the family will meet with the animal or animals and we will help them select the best fit for their situation if one is available. All animals are adopted on a 4 week trial basis with intense support if needed. Adoptions are finalized at the end of 4 weeks if the trial was successful. At this point, the family is added to the microchip registration (we remain co-registered) and offer lifetime support and help with behavior (CPDT on staff), medical, etc.
