LaGrange Troup County Humane Society
Our Mission
The objective of this Society shall be to prevent cruelty and suffering of animals; to enhance animal welfare through education, quality adoption, comfortable living conditions; and to maintain a robust spay and neuter program.
Adoption Policy
When you come in to meet our pups you can walk through the kennels and let us know which pup(s) you'd like to meet by name or kennel number. You'll sit and talk with a member of our staff to discuss your current situation and what you are looking for in a pup! We'll bring our pups up, one at a time, into the adoption office and will make sure that everyone is a good fit, both for you and the pup. As a reminder, all of our pups are indoor family members, not yard dogs. If all goes well, we'll have you complete a short 3 page adoption application and we'll need a copy of a current drivers license. All our dogs are fully vetted (spayed/neutered, current on all vaccinations, microchipped, heart worm tested-and treated if necessary) and are available for adoption for just $75.00!! We encourage you to bring any current pets to make sure everyone gets along before you take home a new fur-baby.
