Our Mission
The goal of Port Orange Cats is multifaceted, yet simple: We want to improve the quality of life for the many feral and stray cats in our community, through Trap-Neuter-Return, as well as provide foster homes, sterilization surgery, vaccinations and microchips for the friendly strays and kittens, in preparation for loving, indoor homes. Our aim is to form a network of people who are also passionate about the health, and well-being of these animals. Through this network, we hope to share information, resources and donations.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is as follows: All adoptable cats and kittens are advertised on social media outlets, such as Facebook, Nextdoor, etc. An adoption application and contract are required, as well as a rehoming fee, home check, references, landlord permission (if applicable), driver's license, 24 hour waiting period, and they must be over the age of 25.
