Adoption Policy
Adopters fill out an application listing name, address, home ownership status or landlord approval for pets on premises. They are asked for names and numbers of pets they currently own and a veterinary reference. The appliction has a series of questions to determine how much the would-be adopter knows about cats and if they would be suited to adopt. Once all references are checked, the would be adopter gets an appointment to meet with Dr. Scorteanu for an interview. She is the sole approval authority.
