We are a non-profit (501c3) canine rescue located in the Panhandle of Florida. We have no shelter as we are a foster based network of volunteers committed to saving lives one dog at a time. We primarily pull dogs from high kill shelters who are slated for euthanization. Our dogs are then spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. Living in a foster setting rather than a shelter we are able to determine the personality traits of each dog, their likes and dislikes, and we provide as much training as we can during the short time they are with us. We frequently offer foster-to-adopt options so that a family may be certain that the dog is a fit prior to committing to an adoption. We love our dogs and want the very best for them!
We have several beautiful dogs available for adoption through QHCC. The majority of our dogs are pulled from high kill shelters because they are scheduled for euthanasia. We hope you find a dog that is a fit for your family. We have an adoption process which includes an application, home check and vet references prior to approval. We want our pups to find permanent, loving homes.
