Our Mission

Pasco County Animal Services is the only public animal shelter in the county. The goal of PCAS is to ensure public health and safety in our community. We encourage responsible pet ownership through education, legislation and by providing incentives to sterilize pets. Adoption Policy

Dogs/Puppies: $70.00 + $10.00 tag for Pasco County residents. Cats/Kittens: $40.00 (tag is optional). Misc. Pets: $10.00 CASH OR CHECK OR CREDIT WITH ID ONLY - WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT Some of our cats/kittens and dogs/puppies are available for "pre-adoption" by placing a gift certificate on that special pet to reserve them just for you! On some animals, there will be a slight delay before you can take home your new pet while we finish their services, including spay/neuter, microchip and rabies vaccination.
