Our Mission
To save stray, abandoned, shelter, and owner surrender dogs of all breeds and ages (focusing on dogs in Connecticut and the Rio Grande Valley of Texas) by placing them in qualified, caring, lifelong homes.

2) A vet reference is completed
3) An adoption Phone Interview is Completed.
4) Personal Reference are completed (3)
5) Home Ownership is verified OR Landlord Approval is obtained.
6) A Home Visit is Completed
7) A meet & greet with the desired dog is arranged.
