Our Mission

MISSION STATEMENT - The Central Coast SPCA is a private, non-profit, no-kill animal welfare organization dedicated to saving homeless cats and dogs, and other companion animals; to providing lifesaving care and treatment to those animals in need; to take in adoptable animals from crowded high-risk facilities; to help pets stay in loving homes with training and behavior classes; and to cultivate respect and awareness for the rights and needs of companion animals, with emphasis on prevention of animal cruelty and neglect.

Adoption Policy

All of our pets are in private foster homes. This helps determine the best home to fit their individual needs, but are able to be socialized, house trained and taught house skills. Approved applications are required prior to meeting the pet. Check our website for upcoming adoption offsites!
