Happy Tails Sacramento's mission is to rescue, nurture, and find forever homes for homeless and abused cats in the Sacramento area.
Adoption Policy
Each potential adopter must pass a screening interview with one of our trained adoption counselors. If they are approved , then they would need to pay the adoption fee for the animal and sign our in house adoption contract.
