Our Mission
Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation dedicated to helping our feline friends. There are thousands of strays, ferals and abandoned cats in neighborhoods and over crowded shelters who need help!
- We partner with humane societies to help rescue cats and kittens in desperate need
- We work with the communities to help TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release)
-We have established a 'Senior Cat' program to help those kitties who otherwise get overlooked.
Adoption Policy
Whis-Purr Rescue is available for adoptions by appointment only. Due to recent events, we have a new policy at the Rescue to remain closed to the public. Emailing us at adopt@whis-purr.org or contacting us at the number listed will prompt a quick response back to you for appointment scheduling. Appointments can be scheduled for adoptions or simply to visit the rescue and see our cats and kittens.
We do at times have kittens with fosters. All of our adults are located at out Sanctuary/Adoption Center. We do have singles at times but mostly our cats and kittens need to be adopted out in pairs with a bonded sibling or friend. All of our adoptable friends are sweet, playful and ready for their own homes.
