Our Mission
Wags and Walks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a dedicated community of dog lovers working to reduce euthanasia in local shelters and increase awareness of rescue dogs being wonderful pets.
Locations in Los Angeles and Nashville!
Adoption Policy
LOS ANGELES -
Applicants must be 21 years of age to adopt.
ADOPTION FEES:
ADULT (7 months - 8 years): $500
SENIOR (over 8 years): $450
PUPPY (6 months and under): $650 ($600 + $50 refundable training deposit.)
Note: We require a $50 refundable training deposit for puppies six months and under. When proof is provided, showing that puppy attended at least one training session/class by 6 months old (or within 1 month after adoption) the deposit can be refunded to adopter.
All current dogs in the home must be spayed/neutered.
If applicant is a renter, they must provide proof that dogs are allowed at their place of residence, and if there are any breed or size restrictions.
A submitted application does not grant access to a meet and greet; application approval is subject to our adoption counselors’ discretion.
