Adoption Policy

We do not adopt out of state and do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis but rather to the home that is best suited for each particular dog and breed. An application, home check, contract and adoption fee are required for adoptions. All dogs will be or required to be spayed/neutered NO EXCEPTIONS, current on vaccinations and microchipped before adoption. Our adoption fee is $350 for puppies 8 weeks - 3 years, $300 3 - 5 yeas and $250 for dogs over 5 years. Adoption fee covers everything mentioned above in addition to any additional medical expenses a health check with our vet and of course all the love and daily care we take with each dog before they are adopted.

We believe a well balanced dog is a happy dog & companion. Therefore, in most cases, we require at least one session with one of our recommended behaviorists for a reduced fee paid directly to the him/her which is not included in the adoption fee.
