Our Mission
Basset Rescue at Daphneyland is unique. We are a rehabilitation center for basset hounds. Embodying nutritional rehabilitation, training, behavior modification and socialization our goal is to have happy healthy hounds that can acclimate into an adoptive families home. Not every hound will fit into every lifestyle or home situation, and our job is to best assist an adoptive family in making a good choice on the hounds individual needs.
Adoption Policy
The first step to adoption, is to submit an adoption application on our website at www.daphneyland.com. You will receive an auto email confirming your application has been received. A volunteer will call you within a few days to begin the interview process.
We require a vet check, a home check and once your application is approved, we then invite you to visit Daphneyland in Acton CA to meet and potentially adopt a hound that is looking for exactly what your home and lifestyle can provide!
