Refuge Kitty-Kat Rescue
Our Mission
Refuge Kitty-kat is a non profit ,registered charity organization run by a small team of volunteers.
We receive no funding from the government or the city.
We fully vet out rescued cats: exam,vaccins,sterilization,microchipped and tested for FIV/leucemia.
Our cats get top care from a clinic that is attentive to the cat's need. Each cat gets 2-3 vet exams.
They are treated as our own.
Dentistry ,surgeries and medications are also provided when the cats come in in bad shape. We can spend above 1000$ on some of them.
For these reasons we charge an adoption fee of 260$, which is less then half the price you would pay to vet the cat at full price.
We are a foster based rescue, so the cat can live in a normal setting stress free, as opposed to being caged or mixed with many cats.
We provide out fosters with food ,litter and toys.
Our rescued cats are socialized, and only posted when we know they are ready for adoption. Each cat comes with his adoption 'kit' (blanket and toys)
Visits are by appointment only after filling out our questionnaire.
