Our Mission
If you are interested in becoming a foster home for Vaughan Animal Services please e-mail the program coordinator at animal.services@vaughan.ca for more information or feel free to pick up an application in person at the shelter.
Vaughan Animal Services provides animal control services to the City of Vaughan and the Township of King. We make every effort to reunite animals with their owners, but animals who are not claimed by their owners become available for adoption at our shelter. We strive to find homes for the cats and dogs we pick up as strays. Come by the shelter to see our adoption centers and maybe you'll meet your new best friend.
Adoption Policy
Adopting a friend from Vaughan Animal Services begins with visiting the shelter to meet our many animal residents. We always have lots of cats available for adoption and many different breeds of dogs as well. For further information on adoption, please visit the shelter or give us a call.
