Our Mission
At Baibao, we are dedicated to protecting the lives and welfare of animals. We are also strong advocates for animal rights worldwide, with a focus on China. We rescue abandoned, abused, and stray animals, as well as survivors of the meat trade, and provide them with loving forever homes in Canada through our network of foster homes. Our goal is to rehabilitate and rehome as many animals as possible, working to ensure their safety and happiness.
Adoption Policy
- Potential adopters need to apply online through my website.
- After review of the application, I will contact the applicant if I feel I would like to consider
- I will call to clarify some questions based on the application
- I will need to do a home visit to meet the applicant's family if applicable
- I will arrange the meeting with the family and the pet
- sign a contract if both party feel it is a right fit
- follow up frequently within two weeks
- follow up at least on annual basis
