Eli is a friendly, curious guy with a big personality and an even bigger appreciation for good horse company. In fact, Eli loves his fellow horses so much that he has been known to climb a fence just to get closer to them!<br/><br/>He’s friendly with people, enjoys attention, and is sure to keep you entertained with his curious, outgoing personality.<br/><br/>Eli is NOT rideable due to ringbone, a painful arthritic condition. He will need ongoing medication and regular farrier care to help keep him comfortable and maintain his quality of life.<br/><br/>Eli is looking for a home that understands his special needs and can give him the care, companionship, and comfortable retirement he deserves. He may not be headed for the riding ring, but he’s still got plenty of personality, opinions, and horsey friendship to offer! <br/><br/>-We can only consider applicants within about an hour of Northern Virginia, who are able to keep him on their own property -
