Hi, I'm Zuri, a cute little lady with a bright smile and a fun loving heart. I'm a one year old terrier mix, just 29 pounds, which makes me a great size for joining you through the day and then curling up close when it's time to relax. My foster says I'm a very nice dog, and I'm happy to report that I'm potty trained, crate trained, and I eat well too.<br/><br/>I love to play with other dogs, and I even know how to fetch, which is a pretty great talent if you ask me. I take treats nicely, I know "sit" and "down," and I'm always ready to learn more. On walks, I can be a strong girl and I get very excited about birds, squirrels, and dogs I see along the way, so I'll do best with someone who can help me keep working on my leash manners. At home, I'm not much of a barker unless the doorbell rings or I spot a dog outside. I do still jump sometimes when I'm excited, but that's just me being very happy to see you.<br/><br/>I'm looking for a cat free home because I'm a little too interested in them.
