Zuko

Zuko is a 1-2 year old female double merle Miniature Australian Shepherd. Zuko inherited the Merle gene from both parents which has resulted in excessive white fur and eye defects causing total blindness. Zuko's hearing is very sharp and she responds well to voices and gets around very well. Zuko was abandoned Christmas Eve at a local vet to be euthanized. North Beach PAWS stepped in and now she is safe and learning what it means to be cared for.<br/><br/>Zuko has no health issues and will be a loyal and devoted companion for a family willing to see past her challenges and recognize the extraordinary dog she is. <br/><br/>Approved applications will be contacted to make an appointment for a 'meet and greet'.
