Zoey Honeymoon's Story

Zoey Honeymoon was surrendered by her owners for unknown reasons to LA Animal Care and Control's Lancaster Shelter. The date she was left at the shelter coincided with the anniversary of The Honeymooners' debut, which is how she received her unique middle name!

Zoey is 10 years old and weighs 67 lbs. She is friendly, gentle, and loves people, including kids! She is good with other dogs but not cats. Zoey loves going on our weekly Sunday hikes and walks on leash alongside her Frosted friends. And if you're looking for a running buddy, she is up for that, too!

Zoey spent time with a loving foster family, and they only had positive things to report:

"Zoey has been an absolute joy to have in our home. She has a great temperament. She's happy, friendly, and easygoing. She does wonderfully with our 5-year-old and has been very gentle and patient with her. She's been getting two walks a day (about 20-25 minutes each) and does great on leash.

At home, Zoey is well-mannered and low-maintenance:
* Fully house-trained with zero accidents. She always lets you know when she needs to go out
* Loves squeaky toys (especially pulling the squeakers out!)
* Sleeps peacefully on her dog bed at night
* Almost no shedding and very low grooming needs
* Is interested in other dogs on our walks and seems like she'd do well in a home with the right canine buddy

Zoey truly thrives in a home environment, and we hope she has a forever home soon!"

To meet this very special girl, please email placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org
