Zoey

Zoey is an incredibly sweet and loving 5-7 year-old female beagle. She came to us in pretty rough shape, but once we got her cleaned up and feeling better, her beauty—inside and out—could really shine!<br/><br/>Zoey is housebroken and does well in her crate at bedtime. She came to us very skinny and is still working on putting on some much-needed weight. Thankfully, that shouldn’t be too difficult because this girl loves her food and treats!<br/>She does great in the car and happily settles into her car bed for the ride. She is still learning how to walk nicely on a leash, but her exercise is currently limited while she undergoes treatment for heartworms.<br/><br/>Zoey absolutely loves her people and will happily give you plenty of face kisses when she gets excited. She coexists well with the other beagle in her foster home, although the two don’t interact much and are mostly content to do their own thing.<br/><br/>One thing to know about Zoey is that she doesn’t like being left alone. If she doesn’t know where her people are, she may cry or bark until she finds them.
