Zoey's Story
Zoey's story started on the Navajo Nation, where she was found and brought into the care of our friends at RezRoads Rescue before catching transport to Nuzzles & Co. last week. Since arriving, she's been taking in all the new sights and sounds of shelter life with quiet curiosity. At first she can be a little shy in new surroundings, but soft voices and gentle chin scratches are all it takes to bring out the absolute sweetheart she really is.

At just 12 weeks old, Zoey is at that wonderful stage where everything feels new and exciting. She's playful, attentive, and already showing how closely she connects with the people around her. She has the kind of thoughtful, observant personality that makes you feel like she's ready to grow up right alongside you.

Before coming to Nuzzles, Zoey spent time around other dogs and did well with them, and she may enjoy having a canine companion in her future home. Her exact breed mix is a bit of a mystery, but our best guess is that she'll grow into a medium-sized dog when fully grown-just the right size for everyday adventures and everyday snuggles.

If you've been hoping to welcome a puppy into your life, come meet this lively gal and see if she might be your next sidekick.
